ABOUT US 

Luxor Group, LLC is a multidisciplinary General Contracting/Design company collaboration. 

The two principals, Harry Flores and Karen Starika, have extensive backgrounds in the building industry, including construction, architecture, construction administration, and project management. 

Karen Mitchell Starika

A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, Karen has had a successful architectural firm, SDA, for ten years, with business licenses in Washington, D.C. and Maryland. Formally a corporate architect with Marriott International, Ms. Starika oversaw the design and construction administration of over 100 select-service hotel projects. 

Harry Flores

Harry has been the general contractor as a sole-proprietor business entity for a number of construction projects locally, both commercial and multi-family residential.  He has a track record of bringing projects in on time and on budget.
